I'm committed to making this a GOOD week! Taking Samantha to preschool this morning and then headed to the grocery store to stock up on veggies and fruit. My plan is to hit the treadmill for 40 minutes while she's at school to get started on my 7 miles for the week. Hope to get a session in on Tues as well. Planned a walking session with Liz T. on Wed and Thurs. This should get me at least 7 miles for the week and I'm challenging myself to make ALL of the workout sessions Sierra is offering this week.
ReplyDeleteI still need to plan out my food for the week, I'm trying to stick to the menu plan that was given to us at the start. It can get a little boring but at least I don't have to think too much about what to make!
I really want to hit my "mini goal" for the end of Oct. Trying to keep my eye on the prize.
How many miles did you get in?
ReplyDeleteGo Liz Go!
The girls never gave me a chance to get on Monday. (opposite nap schedules) BUT I did get on the treadmill today for half hour. Got almost 2 miles in. even after taking your AM class! My lord tomorrow is gonna be a doozy but I'm up for the challenge:
ReplyDelete5:30am workout, walking with my moms group mid morning and noon boot camp. I'm sure I'll be feeling that on Thursday!
