ReplyDeleteI sure wish I could walk with you guys! I am lucky because the elementary school behind our house has a track & if you go around 8 times, it's 2 miles. Sun I was super sore after the fitness assessment (yes, that goes to show you just how out of shape I really am) but I was able to at least do a few wall push-ups. Monday I walked 1.5 miles but today (tue) I wasn't able to do much of anything. I'm in the middle of a pretty bad fibro flare-up and I've got a cold on top of it (I know, excuses!) but I plan on at least doing some stretching & some crunches before bed. Hope you all are doing well! Faith
