Feeling Motivated

I just finished a workout this morning. Feeling good to keep on track with the meal plan and hopefully BOTH kids will nap this afternoon so I can get a mile or 2 in for the 6 mile challenge.

Is anyone going to the noon class on Wednesday?

This is my first post so kinda curious how this will work with everyone.

  1. Go Liz Go!!!! Great to see you this morning :) How did you feel yesterday w/ the menu plan? Keep sticking to it and let me know how your feeling. We can change things up if we need to.

  2. I felt good with the menu plan. I started eating dinner early (5:15) but by the time I got the girls situated etc. I came back to my bowl and it was 6:45ish. Decided to skip the last snack of the day. Was a little hungry around 9ish so I made some lemon tea and that helped to curb it.
