I just finished a workout this morning. Feeling good to keep on track with the meal plan and hopefully BOTH kids will nap this afternoon so I can get a mile or 2 in for the 6 mile challenge.
Is anyone going to the noon class on Wednesday?

ReplyDeleteI felt good with the menu plan. I started eating dinner early (5:15) but by the time I got the girls situated etc. I came back to my bowl and it was 6:45ish. Decided to skip the last snack of the day. Was a little hungry around 9ish so I made some lemon tea and that helped to curb it.
