Getting ready for the weekend! Stay on track my friends!!

Tomorrow is our first Friday of the program so lets make it GREAT!  Keep on track over the weekend.  Here is a good article:

  1. Out of town this weekend. Doing alright on the food front but I have not gotten a workout in since Friday. I'm starting to feel lazy. Really looking forward to getting home tonight so I can start my week off right!
