This is a great time to remind us all that the scale is not the most important thing in this challenge-- Feeling better, having more energy, and becoming healthier are MOST IMPORTANT... When you make healthy lifestyle changes the scale is a good way to track your progress but do not use it to determine your success. Every time you make a healthy choice you are succeeding--- Now my challenge to you is how many healthy choices can you make in a row? Can we keep it going for 3 months? YES ladies we can!
